The start, 1996

Target Systems was founded in 1996 as a software house working in the Microsoft stack. The goal was to give leading Israeli organizations and companies stable, secure solutions, at a time when the local digital market was only starting to grow.

The evolution

Over the years the center of gravity moved to the web, to cloud solutions and to complex API integrations. Alongside that, the company built expertise in critical systems that join hardware and software, in license plate recognition and smart mobility, and in fintech, collection and billing engines.

Today

Today the company builds and leads digital health and telemedicine platforms. The work is done under medical regulation and high information security standards, in sensitive production environments that have to stay available.

The DNA: a long-term partnership

The business model is a strategic partnership and support over years. Leading clients have been with the company for more than 15 years. That support covers the whole life of a product: specification and architecture, development and rollout, ongoing maintenance, 24/7 monitoring and the upgrade of older systems to keep the business running.

How we work

The same team takes a system from the spec through production, and then stays with it. We step into existing code, learn the domain and talk to the client’s own people. Work against sensitive production environments is orderly: code review, a clear code standard and continuous monitoring.
