Who we are
This is the website of Target Systems Ltd. For any question about privacy, write to office@target.co.il.
What the site collects
Contact form. When you send a message through the form on the contact page, we receive the name you entered, your email address, your phone number if you filled it in, and the content of your message. You give us these details deliberately, so that we can get back to you.
Usage measurement. We measure use of the site with PostHog, on its EU cloud, in cookieless mode. The site sets no measurement cookies and creates no personal identifier, which is why it has no consent banner. Only general events are collected: page view, form sent, a tap on a phone number, a tap on an email address, a brochure download and a language switch. Session replay and automatic click capture are switched off.
Server logs. The content delivery network that serves the site, Amazon CloudFront, keeps logs that include an IP address, the time of the request and the page requested. The logs are used to keep the site secure and to find faults.
Why we collect it
We collect the form details in order to answer your enquiry, and for nothing else. The basis is that you gave us the details yourself, for the contact you asked for. We collect the measurement data to understand which pages help people and to improve the site, without identifying who you are. We keep the technical logs under our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the site.
How long it is kept
Messages sent through the form live in the mailbox of the people who receive them here, for as long as they matter to the business relationship. The cloud service that passes the message to that mailbox keeps no personal data, beyond operational logs that are scrubbed of identifying details. Measurement data is kept as aggregate events with no personal identifier. Technical logs are kept for a short period and used for security only.
Who receives it
- Amazon Web Services: hosting for the site, running the form service and sending the message by email through SES.
- PostHog on its EU cloud: usage measurement without cookies and without personal identifiers.
Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13 to it, in force since August 2025, you have the right to see the data we hold about you, to ask us to correct data that is wrong, to ask us to delete data and to object to its use. To exercise one of these rights, write to office@target.co.il and tell us what you need. We will come back to you and handle the request.
