The context
The client is a leading Israeli company managing health services and digital medicine. Its work runs on one system that carries both the clinical side and the operational side, for patients, medical teams and outside bodies.
The problem
Activity was spread across processes and systems that did not sync with each other, while sensitive data has to move between institutional bodies and medical providers. The security rules are strict, and the system still has to stay available through every hour of service.
What Target built
We built a central platform on a secure cloud architecture, with permission management that separates user populations down to the field level. On top of it we built real time API integrations with appointment systems, digital platforms and external suppliers, so data stays in sync without manual transfers.
Results
The system holds 99.9% uptime in the production environment. Thousands of medical records and patients are handled in it every month, and no security incidents have been recorded since launch.
